We do not offer the rent-to-own option on cabins or offices that we finish out, or that you plan to finish while the building is under our RTO contract. We do not think it is in your interest to do so. The way the state RTO law dictates would make your payments higher than we want you to have to pay. You'll be ahead borrowing money from your bank if you need financing for a cabin or office. In addition, if you would be unable to make the payments, we'd have no recourse except to repossess the cabin or office--and we simply don't want to treat you like that. We're committed to the Golden Rule!

Free delivery within 30 miles of Perkins. (Perkins is 10 miles south of Stillwater, OK). Beyond 30 miles, add $2.50/ loaded mile ($3.50/ mile for cabins over 12' wide.)
