Zone 1 covers a circle up to 30 miles from Perkins, Oklahoma and includes:

Mulhall, Orlando, Perry, Stillwater, Wellston, Yale, Chandler, Cushing, Drumright, Glencoe, Guthrie, Morrison

Zone 2 delivery reaches 80 miles from Perkins, OK and includes:

Ponca City, Prague, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Tonkawa, Bristow, Cleveland, Enid, Fairfax, Kingfisher, OKC

With a "super duty" floor, Portable Garages by Better Built Barns are sturdy enough to handle a car, pick-up or small tractor. They're attractive and durable. Our features include:

  • a 3/4" tongue-and-groove AdvanTech floor over joists 12" o.c.

 

Zone 1 Pricing


Zone 1 includes sites up to 30 miles from Perkins, Oklahoma, including Stillwater, Morrison, Glencoe, Yale, Drumright, Cushing, Chandler, Wellston, Guthrie, Mulhull, Orlando, and Perry.

The above "Rent" column shows the monthly rent for each building on our 36-month rent-to-own contract.  The "RTO Total" column shows the total amount that you will pay under this contract if you rent for the full 36-month term.  However, remember that you can stop renting the building at any time by paying 60% of the remaining balance on the contract. Then the building is yours!

Zone 2 Pricing


Zone 2 delivery reaches 80 miles from Perkins, Oklahoma, to include Ponca City, Fairfax, Cleveland, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Bristow, Prague, OKC, Kingfisher, Enid, and Tonkawa. For distances over 80 miles from Perkins, we add $2.50 per loaded mile.

We recommend that you provide a gravel pad where we can set  your portable garage.  Call us for details.  If you are in the Perkins-Stillwater area, we can recommend a contractor to bring you gravel and level it.
