Zone 1 covers a circle up to 30 miles from Perkins, Oklahoma and includes:

Zone 2 delivery reaches 80 miles from Perkins, OK and includes:

Ponca City, Prague, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Tonkawa, Bristow, Cleveland, Enid, Fairfax, Kingfisher, OKC

  • All framing lumber is 2x4 #2 Douglas Fir, the best available.
  • 5/8" BC plywood floors over joists 16" o.c.  3/4" T&G available.
  • Wood grain 7/16" Smart Panel siding.
  • 35-year Atlas Pinnacle shingles -- nailed on, not stapled. No exposed nails.
  • High quality satin paint so your portable building looks new 10 years from now.
  • Inside-outside keyed door latch.
  • Double doors a full 52" wide with heavy duty 5" galvanized hinges. Wider doors available.
  • All sheet materials are #1 APA rated quality
  • Free delivery and leveling. No hidden costs on a turn-key job!

Remember: Our prices include two coats of top quality paint. You can see the difference! And you'll love the low maintenance. If you buy a plywood sided sheds, whether pressure treated plywood or T1-11, you will need to reseal it every year to keep it looking tops. Our satin paint will still look like new 10 years from now.  Don't settle for less--especially when it costs you more.   

Warranty: We warranty our buildings a full 5 years, both materials and labor!

Siding: Our Smart Panel siding is 7/16" thick (not 3/8") and carries a 50-year manufacturer's warranty

Free delivery in Zone 1 within 30 miles of Perkins. Beyond that, use zone 2 prices. We provide blocks and level your portable building--right on the bubble.
