Zone 1 covers a circle up to 30 miles from Perkins, Oklahoma and includes:

Mulhall, Orlando, Perry, Stillwater, Wellston, Yale, Chandler, Cushing, Drumright, Glencoe, Guthrie, Morrison

Zone 2 delivery reaches 80 miles from Perkins, OK and includes:

Ponca City, Prague, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Tonkawa, Bristow, Cleveland, Enid, Fairfax, Kingfisher, OKC

Damage Waiver Fee

If you pay the DWF, you are released from any responsibility for damage done to the building by a storm, fire, or any other natural disaster or phenomena–and BBB is obligated to repair the damages to the building, or even replace it if necessary. DWF does not apply to or cover the contents of the building.

DWF does not apply to a building damaged by the customer. BBB will charge the customer for any repairs needed because of the customer’s actions or negligence. BBB may chose not to repair or replace a building damaged by the customer.

The following information is needed to submit a DWF claim:

Serial no. of the building, usually written above the door on the inside. It should also be on your contract.

Your name, address, telephone numbers.

A description of the damage or problem.

Date the damage or problem was first seen.

The Damage Waiver Fee is $3.00 minimum for a building valued up to $3000, and $1/$1000 (or fraction thereof) of value above $3000.

By signing below you understand the above stated options and are choosing to obtain the optional DWF. You may cancel the DWF at anytime with written notice.
